At a vacant house in Chip Bee Gardens, Holland Village, Singapore, Anthony Chin uncovered layers of history by sanding down the bedroom walls. The house is part of the Chip Bee estate, built around 1965 with hidden military defense capabilities, where family members of British forces involved in the decolonization process stayed.

Chin collected the paint, residue and dust and transformed them into replicas of British colony military medals issued in Singapore during the years 1964-1966. The molds were created based on an actual medal purchased from an antique store.

Dust collected from grinding the walls was placed below the medals in piles. Time in the form of dust; dust into medals.
